Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a room or guarantee a rate. Accommodation, room type, dates, meal plan, inclusions and exclusions are set out in your written quotation. Prices are quoted for your specific request and may change until accepted and confirmed under the stated conditions.

Your reservation is confirmed only after verifiable written supplier confirmation and satisfaction of the stated booking conditions. We send the booking confirmation by email or WhatsApp; please check the names, dates and arrangements.

Cancellation deadlines, amendment charges, no-show charges and refund eligibility vary by property, rate and service. We provide the applicable conditions in writing before you accept or pay. Review them before proceeding; free cancellation is not assumed.

Request a change or cancellation through booking@anvaarmaldivesstays.com or WhatsApp +960 910 3329, including your booking reference. We coordinate with the supplier and obtain written confirmation of the outcome.

The quotation identifies who receives your payment and handles any eligible refund. For payments made directly to a provider, that provider processes the refund and ANVAAR assists with coordination.

If ANVAAR collected a payment under an approved arrangement, contact us to review the refund against your booking terms. We confirm any eligible amount, applicable deductions, refund method and expected processing time in writing. Provider or transfer cancellations are reviewed according to the booking terms and applicable law. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Transfers are included only when expressly stated in your quotation. The operator, route, meeting point, schedule, baggage conditions and charges are confirmed for the service you select. Weather and operator schedule changes may affect travel; we help coordinate updates and explain the options provided.

Accommodation and transfer services are delivered by the named providers on the confirmed dates. ANVAAR provides enquiry and reservation coordination.

Anvaar Logistics Private Limited uses the contact details and travel requirements you send to answer your enquiry and arrange requested services. Necessary booking information is shared with the relevant accommodation or transfer provider. Do not enter passport numbers, payment-card details or other sensitive documents in the enquiry form.
